Learning in the great outdoors!

The pupils at Mayflower have been learning about life in the great outdoors this week. They were able to plan and write about camping trips as well as reading books about nature and mini beasts.

 

Some of our children explored the world of spiders and in one of the pictures you can see them playing with a spider in its web, as they attempt to see how it would trap its prey to get food.

 

Some of the children also built bug hotels which are going to be fun to watch over the coming weeks.
