Remembrance Sunday
On Sunday 13th November, the annual Chafford Hundred Remembrance service took place at Kershaw Close, to mark Remembrance Sunday. Present were representatives from local police, fire service, politicians and representatives of the community. Among these were some staff and selected pupils from Harris Mayflower, who were invited to place a wreath during the service on behalf of the academy. The children were a brilliant example of school values and were pleased to be able to meet the Mayor of Thurrock after the service.
A massive thank you to the children who attended. We were incredibly proud to have you represent us.
