The KS2 Pupil Board had the opportunity to visit the Mayor’s Parlour and the Council Chamber. The Mayor spoke about her duties and the children took part in a debate, which gave the children a chance to learn about local governance and develop their communication skills. pic.twitter.com/lsbakMmaRs

Borough Olympics Success for KS2!

Borough Olympics Success!

A huge well done to our KS2 pupils who are approaching our sporting events with determination and perseverance.  Today we took part in the KS2 Borough Olympics with twenty of our pupils. After winning several of the heats, we returned home with 10 medals. All the other schools that had entered pupils had pupils in Year 3-6 so to have won 10 medals just for Year 3 and 4 is a fantastic achievement.
