The KS2 Pupil Board had the opportunity to visit the Mayor’s Parlour and the Council Chamber. The Mayor spoke about her duties and the children took part in a debate, which gave the children a chance to learn about local governance and develop their communication skills. pic.twitter.com/lsbakMmaRs

Easter Hat Parade and Lower KS2 Concert

It was wonderful to see so many of our families at the Year 3 and 4 concert before the Easter break. The children were so proud to perform to their audience and it was clear that they had enjoyed learning a wide range of songs. A huge well done to everyone involved in putting the concert together! On Friday 5th April the hall was filled with the most amazing Easter hats as part of our Reception/Year 1 & 2 parade. We saw some incredible designs and the children clearly enjoyed wearing them.
