    GP Visit in Year 4

    This week Year 4 welcomed a very special individual, Dr Raisinghaney, who educated them on life in a GP surgery. The children learnt lots about what to expect in a GP surgery, including the tools and equipment that are used. They had the opportunity to ask lots of questions about the process of learning to be a doctor, nurse or health professional. They thoroughly enjoyed listening and getting to see first-hand how some medical equipment is used. The children were so inspired by the visit that they have been speaking about wanting to become doctors, surgeons, and mental health professionals in the future. As teachers we are very proud that they are inspired to be whatever they want to be.
