The KS2 Pupil Board had the opportunity to visit the Mayor’s Parlour and the Council Chamber. The Mayor spoke about her duties and the children took part in a debate, which gave the children a chance to learn about local governance and develop their communication skills. pic.twitter.com/lsbakMmaRs

Community Evening- Chinese New Year

Community Evening- Chinese New Year

Thank you all for attending our Community Evening tonight to celebrate Chinese New Year, it was a great event! I was lovely to have such a large range of food and I know that the children enjoyed the Chinese New Year crafts.

Thank you to our Family Festival Committee and staff team for supporting the running of this event, to Mr and Mrs Su, Chartwells and The Lotus restaurant in Chafford Hundred for providing such a large range of food.
